Every word has to appear. Case does not matter.
Where the text comes from
Every line is read from RDR2's own American English text tables (the base game and the latest update, the update winning where both have a line). A label is stored under a 32 bit hash of its key, and the key itself is not in the files, so most labels are known only by their hash. Where a string from the game's scripts hashes to a label exactly, the key is shown.
Spoken lines and the rest
The game marks subtitles of spoken dialogue with ~z~; that is how the Spoken lines filter works. The rest is menus, prompts, item names and descriptions, help text and journal entries. The formatting codes (~sl:...~, ~z~, ~n~ for a line break) are cleaned for reading; open a result to see the text as the game stores it.
Replacing a line
AddTextEntryByHash(hash, text) is a Cfx native (ADD_TEXT_ENTRY_BY_HASH, client side). Cfx's own native reference lists it with no game restriction, so it is available in RedM as well as FiveM. It swaps the text of that label on the clients that run your resource and nowhere else. It has not been tested in game for this page.
